Before you even ask: We make everything fresh. Nothing comes out of a can or a package. We spend a lot of time slicing, chopping, blanching, braising, etc., because it’s the only way we know how to. And you’ll be able to tell from the first bite. We keep our menu small and controlled to keep things as fresh as possible, so you know that whatever you order is made with love and care.
